Homer, Alaska

Now that I'm sitting here waiting for my flight to the lower 48 I can take the time to blog about my time spent in Homer. When I wasn't out in Katmai I was staying with Clint and Simyra and enjoying all that Homer has to offer: great food, pick n pay, garage sales, and the sights. It also worked out that I got to spend some time with Brentwood before his fire assignment up North and see Lupita as she came through to visit her brother. It was a joy to be able to share my magical place with a great friend.
Here's some pictures...

A big thanks to Clint and Simyra for having me at their home again and for being my adopted Alaska parents. :)

Next up: Back to Flagstaff, Hiking Buckskin Gulch and then to New Mexico...
